1) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, through General Fund to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT AT 05, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR, INFRA 2026-08-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar now invites bids for INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT AT 05, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR and other scope of works to be done Completion of the Works is required 21 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
