1. The Barangay Government of Manggahan, San Luis, Batangas through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for POW-B-26-047-B Supply of Labor and Material for the Installation of Solar Powered Street Lights, Manggahan, San Luis, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Dulangan, San Luis, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
