1. The Local Government Unit Tiwi, Albay, through the Gender and Development Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos & 26/100 (₱3, 049, 668.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Power Streetlights at Barangay Nagas, Belen, Gajo & Tigbi. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for Installation of Solar Power Streetlights at Barangay Nagas, Belen, Gajo and Tigbi. Completion of the Works is required 68 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
