1.The Local Government Unit of New Washington, Aklan, through 20% DF CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2, 910, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWER at Poblacion, New Washington, Aklan under Contract No. INFRA-2023-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of New Washington, Aklan now invites bids for Item No. 1 - Project Billboard ; Item No. 2 - Occupational Safety and Health Program; Item No. 3-Mobilization/Demobilization and Item No. 4-Solar Panel 450W (Mono) w/ Complete Accessories. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety Days (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
