Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos and /100 (Php1, 000, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANEL FOR ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
