INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANEL AT BARANGAY 34 - LAPU-LAPU, CAVITE CITY
1. The Barangay Government of Barangay 34 Lapu-lapu through General fund duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum Five hundred ninety seven thousand six hundred ninety pesos and eighty centavos (P597, 690.80), approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the Installation of Solar Panel at Barangay 34 Lapu-lapu, Caridad Cavite City.
2. The Barangay 34 Lapu-lapu bids and awards committee, now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Panel.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Act”.
4. Interested bidders may whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 1984.
