1.The Barangay Government of Pannaratan, Paoay, Ilocos Norte through the 20% Barangay Development Fund from CY 2025 and 2026, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P 560, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Panel under ITB No.: INFRA-PANNARATAN-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Pannaratan, Paoay, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
