1) The Local Government Unit of Gabaldon, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian -20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Lights, North Poblacion received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gabaldon now invites bids for Installation of Solar Lights, North Poblacion, with a total of 22units. Completion of the Works required is 90 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
