1. The Municipality of Del Gallego, Province of Camarines Sur, through the 20% MDF FY 2026 Annual Budget-Installation of Solar-Lights in Barangay Sugsugin intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Eight & 83/100 Pesos. (Php.497, 578.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Installation of Solar-Lights in Barangay Sugsugin”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
