The Local Government Unit of Barangay Zone IV Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur through the Barangay funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (1, 000, 000.00) being Approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for project of Installation of Solar Lights at Barangay Zone IV (Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
