1. The Municipality of Tubajon, Province of Dinagat Islands through the Supplemantal Fund #2, 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (₱ 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHTS”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Tubajon now invites bids for “INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHTS”. Completion of the Works is required in 105 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
