ITB NO. I2026-04-002
1) The BARANGAY 02, ENRILE through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND OF 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSANDSEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY NINE PESOS AND 40/100 (₱679, 759.40) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OD SOLAR LIGHTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BARANGAY 02, ENRILE now invites bids for INSTALLATION OD SOLAR LIGHTS. Completion of the Works is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 2 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
