Description : Invitation to Bid for Installation of Solar Lighting System, Brgy. Malinao Gabaldon Nueva Ecija
1) The Barangay Malinao, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Ᵽ 942, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Lighting System, Brgy. Malinao Gabaldon Nueva Ecija received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Malinao now invites bids for Installation of Solar Lighting System, Brgy. Malinao Gabaldon Nueva Ecija Completion of the Works is required 60 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
