1. The Barangay Council of San Vicente, through the Annual Budget 2026 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Pesos & 20/100 (P545, 675.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Lighting System (Reference No. 2026-01-001.). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
