1. The Barangay Cabinuangan, through the Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Installation of Solar Led Lights”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Cabinuangan, now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Led Lights. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) days from the starting date of receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
