INSTALLATION OF SOLAR GRID SYSTEM
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY DISTRICT 1, PASTRANA, LEYTE through the Barangay AIP 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos only (₱ 470, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Grid System Bids received in excess the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY DISTRICT I now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Construction of Drainage Canal without Cover, must be delivered within Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
