The Smart Metering system means online readings, transmission and evaluation of data, communication elements, including their installation, commissioning and subsequent maintenance and system repairs. The Smart Metering system is defined as a comprehensive system for measurement, collection and evaluation of data, which will provide users with up-to-date information on the supply and consumption of drinking water in agglomeration. The Smart Metering system consists of: • Data measurement technology; • Data transmission technology; • Data processing technology; • Technology of communication elements; • Installation and commissioning; •Maintenance, repairs, operation and service of the system.
