1. Purpose:1.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposal for installation of a security access control system at UNICEF's premises in Yangon as per the Terms of Reference/Statement of Work attached as Annex B.2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals isas follows:30 May 2025, 15:00 hr. (Myanmar Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively toprocurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2025-9197106 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 30 May 2025, 15:00 hr. (MyanmarTime).No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated. Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time. Latebids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted.
