The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. This project shall be substantially completed by: November 30, 2026.
Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work affecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law.

You must provide this breakdown within 5 business days. Failure to submit may deem your bid non compliant.
Insurance - Installation Floater
If Applicable It will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide sufficient coverage to include supplies, equipment etc. for the project. Bid amount is no longer required and will be at the sole discretion of the awarded contractor.
