All buildings and properties are located in the City of Konin. The material scope of the order includes: work related to: 1) development of comprehensive, multi-discipline design documentation, including all works specified in the functional and utility program (FFU), 2) construction of a photovoltaic installation or photovoltaic installation with energy storage, 3) modernization of the heating system, consisting in on changing the currently used heat source in the heating system and preparing domestic hot water for the installation of heat pumps with a ground exchanger or air-water type, 4) carrying out additional works specified in the FUP and resulting from the design work.
