Tender Details

Cathedral Close is a 143-unit, 21 story complex that is located at 10039 103 Street. The facility was constructed in 1975, is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. Supply and installation of barometric relief dampers, fire dampers, louvers, weather hoods, and associated grilles, sleeves, flashing and weather caulking. The intention of this project is to be a turn-key solution that shall include all necessary work -installation of relief dampers. Successful bidder will act as a prime contractor for the project. The design specification and drawings were developed by TWS engineering which includes, mechanical, structural, and summary of work. Successful contractor is responsible for all permits required by Authority Having Jurisdiction. Contractor to ensure, new units is installed as per manufacturer recommended instruction with adequate maintenance service clearances.
