1) The Local Government of Llorente, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian 2025 (20% EDF 2025) intends to apply the sum of One million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Pipelines for Level II Water System at Brgy. Hugpa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Llorente now invites bids for Installation of Pipelines for Level II Water System at Brgy. Hugpa with major Item of Works (excavation, pipe laying, tapstand installation, valve box, structural concrete). Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
