The contracting authority divided the public contract within the meaning of § 35 and § 101 into part:

The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the public contract.

The subject of the public contract is supplies consisting in the technological equipment of the Zabřeh swimming area.

Part 1 Public Procurement is the supply of photovoltaics consisting of delivery, assembly and installing a new photovoltaic power plant in swimming premises.

The subject of part 2 of the public contract is the supply of heat pump according to the technical specification.

Part 3 of the public contract is the supply of the technological system for recycling of pool waters with high efficiency, which will ensure the possibility of reuse of this water as water dilution and Additional for pool operation.
