1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (SEF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine and 86/100 Pesos (Php349, 999.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Permanent Perimeter Fence at Pagal Elementary School (POW-8751-2025-SHN-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
