The proponent must incur and bear all necessary costs for the different phases of the project and subcontract all specialists required to install an access control system with vehicle counting in the parking lot of the Building. Jeanne-Sauvé, located at 1575, boulevard Chomedey, in Laval. The work includes the installation of two automated lifting barriers, entrance terminals equipped with proximity card readers and intercoms connected to the 740 security station, as well as a vehicle counting system by camera with dynamic display indicating FULL. The mandate also includes detection loops, the cloud computing platform and related equipment. Civil, electrical and construction works telecommunications will also be required, including cutting and repairing the asphalt, excavation and backfilling of trenches, construction of two concrete islands, installation of protective bollards, installation of conduits and cabling electrical and network, including fiber optic, as well as connection to a new 120 V power supply in the electrical room.
