Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Smart prepaid meter ( both 1phase & 3 phase) installation, ECG/DCU installation, customaization & communication works shall be [05 (Five)] years from date of tender notice.b) The minimum specific experience in Smart prepaid meter ( both 1phase & 3 phase) installation, ECG/DCU installation, customaization & communication works of at least [02 (Two)] contract(s) of Same nature successfully completed within last 5 (five) calendar years from year of tender notice from Gov. electricity utility of Bangladesh each with a value of at least Tk 10 (Ten) lacs along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed works within last 05 (five) calendar years not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done
