Description : Invitation to
the Installation of Municipal Streetlighting System
1) The Municipality of Isulan through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE PESOS 75/100 ONLY (₱4, 329, 721.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF MUNICIPAL STREETLIGHTING SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Isulan now invites bids for the repair and maintenance of streetlights in various locations. Completion of the Works required is 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
