1. The Barangay Tingub of Mandaue City, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2026 under the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Installation of IP Public Address System (BRGY. TINGUB 02-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Tingub of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
