1. Introduction
This requirement is for a non‑personal services contract to provide and install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The IDS consists of integrated electronic components—including sensors, control units, transmission lines, and monitoring units—capable of detecting all types of intrusion into the protected area, including stay‑behind threats.
2. Scope
