The LGU - Cawayan, Masbate, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (P 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF HYBRID SOLAR POWER AT MUNICIPAL BUILDING (PHASE I), 2026-CM-INFRA-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
