The competition is conducted under the European Union Cohesion Policy Program 2021-2027. for the year 2.1.1. of the specific support objective "Promotion of energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions" 2.1.1.3. of the event "Usage of RES and energy efficiency increase in centralized heating and cooling" within the second round of implementation. (hereinafter referred to as the Program). The program envisages co-financing the costs of the construction contract. The costs of the maintenance contract are covered by the Customer independently. The purpose of the tender is increase the facility's energy efficiency by maximally utilizing the low-potential heat of flue gases and reducing heat losses. As part of the program, it is planned to build an absorption-type heat pump system with full design, construction, automation, handover operation and maintenance.
