1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LUPOK through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150, 000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF FOLDING PARTITION OF WALL AT COVERED COURT, BARANGAY LUPOK, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR, LPK-2026-07-
02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
