1. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of FORTY EIGHT MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT PESOS AND EIGHTY THREE CENTAVOS ONLY. (P 48, 999, 468.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), as payment contract for the INSTALLATION OF FLOATING DOCKS MABINI, BATANGAS, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
