The subject of the order is: External development mechanical ventilation ducts on the gable wall of the building of the Specialized Multi-Profile Hospital on the eastern side for the needs of the Department of Internal Diseases and Rheumatology and the Department of General Surgery, Vascular and Angiology in the Upper Silesian Center Medical in Katowice The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b, Annex 3 and Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: The contractor undertakes complete the subject of the order in accordance with the description in the SWZ, contract and in accordance with: a) Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ b) conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and Law Construction; c) requirements resulting from applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and related regulations; d) principles of sound technical knowledge and established customs.
