1. The subject of the contract is the installation of energy storage along with the integration system of existing PV installations with an energy storage and with the energy management system in these installations, for the domestic purposes of beneficiaries - residents of the Książ Wielkie Commune by ensuring a reduction in energy consumptionelectric.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, in particular determining the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract, including the technical and utility of energy storage warehouses, the integration system of existing PV installations with the newly installed PV warehouse and wiring is Annex No.1 to SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order".
3rd, the implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - "Designed contractual provisions".
4. The order of the contract is co -financed by the European Union, granted to the Employer in the project entitled "Installation of warehousesEnergy ", project number: FEMP.02.07-IZ.00-0184/24 (hereinafter: Project), implemented under the European Regional Development Fund, Action: RES support-subsidy, priority: European funds for the environment, program: European funds: European funds for Lesser Poland 2021-2027.He declares that if the description of the subject of the contract has a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions.
