See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 07/14/2026 via email to [email protected]. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
