1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the MDRRM FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos only (₱ 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE BARREL 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT ABO-ABO AND REPAIR OF 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT CENTRO KULAMAN VALLEY, ARAKAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
