Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-One Pesos & 32/100 (Php2, 969, 961.32) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Installation of DA-PRES Solar Powered Electrification System (SPES) for R&D Administration and Product Development Building with Solar Powered Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above procurement project using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of works is required in ninety (90) calendar days in Brgy. Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
