B-JAVALERA-GOODS-26-04-02, INSTALLATION OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISIONS IN BARANGAY JAVALERA GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
