The Local Government Unit - Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, through the LGU - Fund intends to apply the sum of Php299, 995.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF CHRISTMAS DÉCOR & OTHER CHRISTMAS RELATED ACTIVITIES, MUNICIPAL COMPOUND, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
