INVITATION TO BID FOR INSTALLATION OF CCTV UNITS TO VARIOUS BANRANGAYS, GC. UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 80-2026-032-0337
1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2025/ SP RES. NO. 2025-341 approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 5, 000, 000.00) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
