Description
Installation of CCTV system at USG property located in Nassau, The Bahamas. The installation will include the installation of equipment and any electrical work required.
SCOPE OF WORK
Supplying labor and material for installing CCTV equipment to view all perimeter of the property. All cameras should be position pointing away from any living space. This will include the pool, patio and any common occupant area. The system should be focus on the perimeter only. All cameras should be terminated and viewed at the south security booth. The system should be completely disconnected from any off-property network and should allow Absolutely no off property viewing. This requirement is during and after installation. Vendor is responsible for any electrical, masonry and carpentry needs require to complete scope of work. This will include poles, trenching and brackets. Fiber wiring should be used on all camera feeds over 50ft. Power for all cameras should be installed near the hub in a secure location with lock access. A minimum of 50” Monitor is required for main viewing. A minimum of 32” Monitor is required for spot viewing. All PTZ cameras should have auto patrol capabilities and manual control from the security booth. NVR programming should incorporate triggers which alert personnel, with and output siren/light mounted in security booth, off activities at any camera. Illuminators should be used to assist and enhance nighttime viewing. System should be able to maintain 21 day of recording before rewriting. Main hub and NVR should be locked in a cabinet/chassis to prevent unauthorized tampering. Any structural adjustments must be cleared by the RSC before proceeding. Any work not completed to the satisfaction of the RSC will be repaired or replaced by the company without additional expense, in equipment or labor costs, to the US Government.
