INSTALLATION OF CCTV CAMERA



1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CAPILLA, PASTRANA, LEYTE, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 300, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of CCTV Camera of Barangay Capilla, Pastrana, Leyte in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CAPILLA, PASTRANA, LEYTE, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. INSTALLATION OF CCTV CAMERA OF BARANGAY CAPILLA must be delivered within Twenty (20) Calendar Days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
