INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS

The Local Government Unit of Barangay Maricum, Municipality of Pastrana, intends to apply the sum of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 200, 000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) payment under the contract for the Installation of Solar Streetlights.

Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
