1. The Barangay Council of Malabago, through the Annual Budget 2026 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of CCTV (Reference No. 2026-01-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
