Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CCTV
1. The BLGU-BARANGAY II, through the BEDF 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 440, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Installation of CCTV of Barangay II, Garchitorena. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-BARANGAY II now invites bids for the Installation of CCTV under the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Three (3) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
