Invitation to Bid

Installation of CCTV



1.The Barangay Government of Poblacion 6, Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2026 Brgy. Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand (PhP 120, 000.00) Pesos Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of CCTV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2.The Barangay Government of Poblacion 6, Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Installation of CCTV. Completion of the Works is required for a contract duration of one (1) calendar day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
