Invitation to Bid for the Installation of Billboard and Reflective Signages
1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of PhP398, 355.83 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Billboard and Reflective Signage-PGIS-0133-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Installation of Billboard and Reflective Signages. Completion of the Works is required within 18 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
