Installation of Barangay Streetlights
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Catoogan, Municipality of Sta. Fe, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200, 000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contact (ABC) payment under the contract for the EInstallation of Barangay Streetlights.
Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Act".
