INVITATION TO BID FOR
INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT LEGISLATIVE BUILDING
1. The Municipality of Currimao through the [General Fund] intends to apply the sum of [Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500, 000.00)] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Installation of Automatic Fire Alarm System at Legislative Building]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Currimao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by [ 30 working days]. Bidders should have completed, within [5 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
